RFES PTA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee
MISSION: Support Rodgers Forge Elementary School in its efforts to become a thoughtfully inclusive space.
VISION: Rodgers Forge Elementary School will become a model for infusing diversity initiatives. RFES staff will model, community members will contribute, and children will benefit by feeling safe and becoming compassionate thinkers.
GOALS: Our goal is to make thoughtful and lasting additions to the school that attract new families and staff, encourages existing parents and staff, and excites our children to support everyone.
